How do memberships work?
There are two types of memberships Play and PlayMore, and the main difference between them is how often you plan to visit Nook in a month. With the Play membership, you get 2 passes per month. With the PlayMore membership, you get 4 passes per month along with a number of other perks, such as priority registration for our special events. What if I use up all my passes in a month?
Both membership levels give you 20% off to use on additional Open Play passes if you use up all of your passes before the month is over. To receive the 20% off use the code PLAYMEMBER or PLAYMOREMEMBER at checkout.
Do I have to buy a membership for each of my children?
No. Membership is at the family level. 2 open play passes can be used by 2 siblings or used 2 times by one child; 4 open play passes can be used by 4 children or used 2 times by 2 children.
Do unused passes roll over to the next month?
Unused passes do not roll over to the next month.
Can I use my passes for classes, workshops, or special events?
Membership passes can only be used for Open Play.
I am interested in the PlayMore membership. How does priority access to special events work?
We will open registration to special events to PlayMore members before general registration.
Do adults have to pay if we have a membership?
The standard policy for adult admission applies under both memberships: you receive complimentary admission for 1 adult per registered child; admission is $10 per additional family member over 5y.
Will the membership apply to all of your locations?
Yes, membership applies to all locations.
How do I keep track of how many passes I have left?
Log on to Sawyer and click on Memberships on the drop down menu in the upper right hand corner to see how many passes you have left.
Can I cancel anytime? How do I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel anytime by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. However, unused passes cannot be refunded.
We are traveling/going on vacation, can I pause my membership?
Because we don’t charge an extra fee to sign up, there’s no need to pause membership. Simply email email@example.com to cancel and purchase the membership again when you return. Please note that unused passes at the time of cancellation cannot be rolled over when you resume membership.
