Workshops
One of the most common misperceptions about approaching sleep with your child is that there is ONE way to do it - but this isn't the case. Led by Dr. Elizabeth Adam's, Nook's resident child psychologist, we'll explore the most commonly used, empirically-supported, approaches to help parents work with their children as they develop healthy sleep habits. The workshop will provide information on how parents can select an approach or routine that fits their family and their needs, as well as specific strategies to implement a plan and get a better nights sleep. (75 minutes. $30 per person, $40 per couple)
